Founded in 2007 and incorporated in 2014, 5A Elite is a nationally scalable, trauma-informed youth empowerment agency that redefines the role of sport in education, leadership, and community transformation. We integrate elite athletic performance training, school-based education, wellness coaching, and real-world leadership development into one comprehensive ecosystem for student-athletes across K–12 environments.

More than a sports program, 5A Elite is a social impact model—using sport as a platform to develop whole students and spark generational change. From academic coaching and mental health education to student-led initiatives and coach training, every element of our work is designed to help young people lead with confidence, succeed with purpose, and thrive beyond the game.

Through strong partnerships with schools, families, and corporate leaders, we deliver life-changing experiences for under-resourced students and student-athletes.
